2008 Rates
$220/night for one or two adults
$280/night for three or four adults
$340/night for five or six adults
The house
accommodates two to six people. Your party has complete privacy
in the guesthouse because only one group stays at a time.
Well-behaved children are welcome (no
charge for children under 18)..
Two night minimum due to the cost
of cleaning and preparing the house for a visit.
No pets allowed (we have three
friendly dogs on the property).
Meals are additional, if you wish
us to cook for you. Please visit the dining
page for more information.
We accept
cash or personal checks, but not credit cards.
5.5 % Wisconsin state sales tax will be added to the rental total.
A security deposit of $250 is required; this will be refunded when
you're ready to leave.
CANCELLATION POLICY: To hold a reservation, we require a
deposit of 50% of the total rental fee (to be mailed to us no later
than a week after you receive the rental agreement). If you need
to cancel, we will refund your deposit if
we can find another renter.
We do not want
to take our guests’ money if they are not satisfied with what we have
to offer. Should you decide at any point during your stay that
the Little Sugar River Farm is not meeting your needs or expectations
and for that reason decide to leave the property early, we will bill
you only for the nights you have stayed and refund the balance of your
rent.
No smoking is allowed inside.
Linens and towels are included, and the kitchen is fully equipped
for cooking. Free wireless is available in the house and on the
porches; please bring your own laptop with wireless card.
For people who are interested in longer stays between mid-June and
Labor Day, we encourage you to come Saturday morning and leave Friday
morning so that we have a day free for cleaning. For these
stays, you will receive the 6th night free. Shorter stays are also
fine, with a 2 night minimum.
We are flexible depending on bookings, but normal check-in time is
4 pm and check-out time is noon.
