The Little
Sugar River Farm is designed as a retreat from the stresses of urban
life. We are committed to offering our guests privacy, quiet,
luxury, and hand-crafted quality. This is a place for people who are
looking for a quiet, romantic retreat, and who want to rest, relax,
read, hike, bike, cook, canoe, and enjoy locally-grown food. The
setting is secluded and peaceful, for we are surrounded by 2000 acres of
wildlife refuge. All materials are of excellent quality, and the house
is architect-designed in a open, modern style without frills or fuss. The house was winner of the
Wisconsin Chapter of the American Institute of Architects
Honor Award in 2000.
We are on
Schneeberger Rd, between Albany and Monticello Wisconsin, about 15
minutes from New Glarus and 2 hours from Chicago. We are 30 minutes from
